If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of shipment date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Some restrictions do apply.
Due to health and safety concerns some of our products cannot be returned. These items are below and will not be returned unless it is proven defective.
All clearance items are final sale.
There are no returns on any item that is washed, worn, or used, including, but not limited to: cloth diapers or diaper products, clothing, potty products, wet bags, bottles and cups. Personal care products, Breast pumps and parts, nursing pads and bras are also non-returnable.
Promotional, clearance, sale, seasonal, and special-order products are final sale.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original packaging and tags intact. Any instructions or other items originally sent with the item must be returned in good condition. Items must be free of smoke and pet odours, pet hair, and dander. Any item returned in non-resalable condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Any free or sample items obtained with the returned item must be returned. In the event that the free or sample item is not returned the retail cost of the item will be deducted from the credit. If the returned item was purchased as part of a package discount the discount will be deducted from the credit (i.e. you will pay regular price for the items you have kept).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from all return amounts.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the item. The customer is responsible for the item while in transit. We recommend purchasing insurance to cover the shipment.
Refunds will be paid through the method of purchase (Visa, PayPal, Interac, etc). Please allow 10 business days after our receipt of your returned products to process your refund / exchange.
Store credit will be issued on gift purchases (without original receipt).

In the event that an item is returned because of an error by Marley and Me, we will pay shipping charges to return the item, which will be added to your refund. In the event of an error, original shipping charges related to that item will not be deducted from the refund.
Defects covered under warranty are usually handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact ua to determine how to return a product with a manufacturer's defect. Marley and Me does not cover the costs associated with the return of a product under Manufacturer's Warranty.
We recommends that you inspect your products closely upon receipt to look for any manufacturer's defects and contact us immediately if you finda defect.
Marley and me and the product manufacturer are not responsible for damage caused by improper use and care or from normal wear and tear.
